My kids thought this sounded fun...but we were frustrated trying to get it to stay together. Maybe because I mixed up the icing and let it sit for an hour before our party? I don't know...but it took a LONG time to harden. I should have made the houses ahead of time and let them dry before the kids came to decorate them. Also, we had better luck making four walls (they held each other up), no floor, and resting the edges of the roof pieces on the walls, so it turns out like more of a milk carton shape (no roof overhang) That's the only way we finally got it to stay without collapsing!
