  • Mix pudding mix and gelatin mix in medium bowl. Add boiling water; stir 2 min. until mixes are completely dissolved. Refrigerate 15 min.
  • Place 1 wafer in bottom of each of 8 dessert dishes; cover with pudding mixture.
  • Top with COOL WHIP.

    Helpful hint: Mix the pudding and jello mixes together well while still dry to avoid clumping issues when adding water.

    The first time I made this I used the cookie as the crust, but the flavor did not seemed to match with everything in there. Now I make it as a small puddings not a pie. I add 1 tbsp. lemon juice with the pudding and some lemon peel grated on top.
