  • Mix pudding mix and gelatin mix in medium bowl. Add boiling water; stir 2 min. until mixes are completely dissolved. Refrigerate 15 min.
  • Place 1 wafer in bottom of each of 8 dessert dishes; cover with pudding mixture.
  • Top with COOL WHIP.

Substitute

Prepare using your favorite flavor of JELL-O Gelatin.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from After reading reviews I changed a couple of things. After reading reviews I changed a couple of things. I added 2 cups boiling water to the jello only to dissolve. Then added 1/4 fresh squeezed lemon to jello. Added pudding to jello whisked until disolved. Cooled 3 hours then spooned over cookie and topped with Cool Whip to serve. This was a creamy lemony dessert.

The first time I made this I used the cookie as the crust, but the flavor did not seemed to match with everything in there. Now I make it as a small puddings not a pie. I add 1 tbsp. lemon juice with the pudding and some lemon peel grated on top.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This recipe was easy to prepare. This recipe was easy to prepare. If you put the round part of the cookie face down it doesn't float to the top. I would say it makes 4 servings, not 8. The mixture is about 12 oz and that makes 4 3-ounce serving.
