Mini Meatloaf Melts

Everyone loves meatloaf with melted cheese on top. What's loved even more? A plate with two mini cheese-topped meatloaves to savor.

What You Need

1-1/2
lb.  extra-lean ground beef
1
pkg.  (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1
cup  water
2
Tbsp.  (1/2 of 1-oz. pkg.) TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix
2
 tomatoes, chopped
1
cup  KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Make It

HEAT oven to 375ºF.

MIX meat, stuffing mix, water and seasoning mix until well blended. Press evenly into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 30 min. or until done (160ºF).

TOP each loaf with tomatoes; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted. Let stand 10 min. before serving.
