  • Place 1 wafer in bottom of each of 8 foil cup-lined muffin cups; set aside. Add boiling water to gelatin mix in bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Cool 5 min., stirring occasionally.
  • Pour gelatin into blender. Add cream cheese; cover. Blend on medium speed 30 to 45 sec. or until blended. Add COOL WHIP; cover. Blend on lowest speed 5 sec. or just until blended. Pour into prepared muffin cups.
  • Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours or until firm.

Special Equipment Needed

Cupcake Liners

If you don't have the foil liners, use paper cupcake liners instead. Spray lightly with cooking spray before placing vanilla wafer on bottom.

Special Extra

Top each with 1 sliced strawberry just before serving.
