I made these for an event at work. I doubled the recipe and used 8 oz of reduced fat cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 eggs for the cheese mixture and it seemed runny. I followed the rest of the recipe and because the cheese mixture was so runny, when I put the pumpkin mixture on top of it, it didn't layer, it sort of sunk in. They didn't look anything like the picture, but they did taste really good. Has anyone else had this problem?
