A blend of MIRACLE WHIP Dressing and curry powder transforms a head of cauliflower into your soon-to-be-most-requested roasted side dish.

What You Need

cup  MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
tsp.  curry powder
cups   small cauliflower florets (about 1 head)
cup  water
Tbsp.  chopped fresh chives

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

MIX dressing and curry powder until blended. Add to cauliflower in large bowl; toss to evenly coat.

POUR water into 13x9-inch baking dish. Add cauliflower.

BAKE 30 min. or until cauliflower is tender and golden brown. Sprinkle with chives.
