Rated 3 out of 5 by from This didn't quite work out for me. This didn't quite work out for me. It seemed I had the wrong proportions of veggies to liquid. It had really good flavor. Next time I will try it with less onion, a smaller pepper, a wider, shallower dish, and maybe sprinkle the cheese on halfway through baking (it started to burn before the center was set).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The perfect entree for my Easter brunch. The perfect entree for my Easter brunch. I made two, one with ham and one without ham and used cheddar cheese instead of Italian. Both were wonderful and everyone loved them. With a French Toast Casserole and strawberries it was a lovely meal. Thank you.

I make two of these every Christmas - one meat lovers with ham, sausage, and bacon and the other veggie with red pepper, broccoli, tomato, and onion. It always needs to cook longer than the recipe calls for, but it's a hit every year!
