  • Then follow our 3 simple steps:
  • Cut 1 lb. meat into 1-inch cubes. Thread meat and 1 cup of each of the fruits and vegetables alternately onto 8 skewers. Place in shallow dish.
  • Pour 3/4 cup KRAFT Dressing over kabobs; cover. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate. Drain; discard marinade.
  • Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill kabobs until meat is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning occasionally. Serve over the rice.

    I made the chicken and steak for a huge cookout this summer. I marinated the meat overnight before I assembled the kabobs and they were perfect. Everyone raved!
