Take 2 cups frozen Southern-style hash brown potatoes and 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese and mix & match your recipe from these options...

2 cups chopped cooked chicken chopped onions, chopped red peppers 1/2 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
1 lb. ground beef, browned, drained thawed frozen corn, sliced green onions 1 cup TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
4 oz. OSCAR MAYER Pepperoni sliced mushrooms, sliced onions 1 cup pizza sauce
meatless: 1 can (16 oz.) kidney beans, drained, rinsed broccoli florets, finely chopped zucchini, sliced green peppers 1 can (15 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Mix potatoes and 1/2 cup of the cheese; spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

TOP with layers of meat, 1/2 cup of each of the vegetables and the sauce. Cover with foil.

BAKE 40 min. Remove foil; sprinkle casserole with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake an additional 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
