Mixed Berry Freezer Jam

This is SO easy!!!! And delicious! I can't keep my kids out of it! Homemade jam without all the fuss of a pressure-cooker. I love it!!

SURE-JELL Premium Fruit Pectin

What You Need

qt.  strawberries, stemmed, mashed
1
pt.  blueberries, mashed
1
pt.  raspberries, mashed
3
cups  sugar
1
box  SURE-JELL For Less or No Sugar Needed Recipes Premium Fruit Pectin
1
cup  water

Make It

MEASURE 2 cups mashed strawberries and 1 cup each mashed raspberries and blueberries into large bowl; mix well.

BRING sugar, pectin and water to a boil in large saucepan, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat.

ADD fruit mixture; stir 1 minute or until thoroughly mixed.

FILL clean plastic containers immediately to within 1/2 inch of tops; cover with lids. Let stand at room temperature for 24 hours until set. Store in refrigerator up to 3 weeks or freeze extra containers up to 1 year. Thaw in refrigerator before using.

To get exact level cup measures of sugar, spoon sugar into dry metal or plastic measuring cups, then level by scraping excess sugar from top of cup with straight-edged knife.
