  • Combine first 3 ingredients in small bowl. Add cream cheese cubes in small batches; toss to evenly coat with crumb mixture.
  • Heat large heavy nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Add cheese cubes, a few at a time; cook 3 min. or until evenly browned, turning frequently. Repeat with remaining cheese cubes.
  • Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl; top with cheese.

Make Ahead

Toss salad greens with apples and pomegranate seeds in bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve. If salad is refrigerated longer than 1 hour, dip apples in carbonated lemon-lime beverage before adding to salad to help prevent them from turning brown.


You can also combine crumb mixture on a rimmed baking sheet instead of in bowl. Coat cheese pieces, a few at a time, and cook in batches. This keeps the cheese pieces firm so they don't melt while browning. Keeping the cheese cubes cold helps them retain their shape while browning.
