Mixed Greens & Beet Salad Recipe

What You Need

1

can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, undrained

1/2

cup KRAFT Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing

1

pkg. (8 oz.) torn mixed salad greens

1

can (14 oz.) beets, drained, cut into slivers

1/2

cup PLANTERS Slivered Almonds

1/2

cup thinly sliced red onions

Make It

DRAIN oranges, reserving 2 Tbsp. liquid. Mix reserved liquid and dressing.

TOSS greens with beets, nuts and onions in large bowl.

ADD dressing mixture; mix lightly.

I never really liked beets but after eating this recipe, I really enjoy this salad. The beets really gave the recipe a certin zip.

I didn't really like this salad at all, not sure if it was the beets and salad dressing combo(I used balsamic}, my husband liked it though.

I absolutely love this salad! I substitute the raspberry dressing for the balsamic when I feel like a change! This is the perfect salad!

I make this all the time. I make my own dressing with the mandarin juice, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and some Mrs. Dash Table Blend. so tasty.

We loved this recipe! Although I did not use beets and used Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette instead. It was wonderful! We even added a little parmesan on top and made it perfect.
