tsp. salt

tsp. pepper

cup extra virgin olive oil

bag (10 oz.) torn mixed salad greens
1
pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese

Make It

PLACE vinegar, garlic, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Add oil. Blend an additional 15 sec. or until ingredients are well blended and mixture is slightly creamy.

PLACE greens in large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat.

TOP with cheese.
