What You Need

1/3

cup PLANTERS Pecan Halves

1/2

tsp. cinnamon sugar

pkg. (5 oz.) torn mixed salad greens

large pear, thinly sliced

1/2

cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

1/4

cup dried cranberries

1/3

cup KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing

Make It

COMBINE nuts and cinnamon sugar in microwaveable pie plate sprayed with cooking spray; spread evenly onto bottom of pie plate. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 min. or until nuts are toasted, stirring every 30 sec.

TOSS greens with pears, cheese and cranberries in large bowl.

ADD nuts and dressing; mix lightly. Serve immediately.

Used raspberry viniagrette in place of Italian dressing. Perfect.

The cinnamon and sugar on the nuts didn't work as well for me but all of the tastes together were great.

This is really good. Even those who don't care for salad liked it. I used honey roasted pecans.

This recipe is really good if you substitute blue cheese for the cheddar and use raspberry vinaigrette instead of the Italian

Ok, not everyone likes a sweet n' nutty salad. Not able to keep left overs since salad dressing is applied to the entire disch

This salad is very hard to serve because when they say "Serve Immediately" they mean if you delay at all, the lettuce will wilt! The 2nd time I made it, I left the dressing out and was able to at least transport it to a party without wilting. Not worth the effort.
