CUT each peach half into 3 wedges. Wrap each wedge with 1 bacon piece, then tie in knot, gently stretching bacon slice if needed.
ADD half the peaches to medium nonstick skillet; cook 12 min. or until bacon is crisp, turning after 6 min. Remove from skillet; drain. Repeat with remaining peaches.
TOSS salad greens with dressing. Place 3 peach wedges on each of 8 salad plates. Top with salad and cheese.
