What You Need

cup  GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
1/3
cup  BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
1/4
cup  raspberry-flavored vinegar

Tbsp.  honey
1
bag  (10 oz.) torn mixed salad greens
1
pkg.  (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Thin Sliced Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, cut into match-like strips

cup  cut fresh green beans, steamed
1
can  (15 oz.) sliced beets, drained
1/2
cup  sliced mushrooms
1/2
cup  shredded carrots

Make It

MIX mustard, sour cream, vinegar and honey until well blended.

COVER large salad platter with salad greens. Arrange turkey and vegetables over greens.

SERVE with prepared dressing.

Dressing can be prepared ahead of time. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 2 days.
Preventing Beet Stains
When handling cooked or canned beets, it's easy to stain your hands and cutting board from the juices. To prevent this, wear disposable latex gloves and cut beets on a large glass or ceramic plate rather than a cutting board.
