    This is delicious. I changed the crackers to gluten free variety and used celery instead of water chestnuts. Everyone at our family get together loved it!

    My family loves this recipe! If you use fresh or frozen vegetables, pre cook them first before mixing in all the ingredients. I also wait until the last 10 minutes to add the cracker crumb topping because it usually gets too brown before the time is up. If i don't have water chestnuts, I'll substitute for celery.
