What You Need!

12 RITZ Crackers, crushed (about 1/2 cup)
1 Tbsp.  butter or margarine, melted
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, drained
1 can  (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1/2 cup  KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
1/3 cup chopped onions

Make It!

HEAT oven to 350ºF.

MIX cracker crumbs and butter until well blended.

COMBINE remaining ingredients in 1-qt. casserole; top with crumb mixture.

BAKE 35 min. or until heated through.

Substitute
Substitute 1/2 cup sliced celery for the water chestnuts.
