Omit oregano. Substitute ATHENOS Crumbled Feta Cheese with Garlic & Herb for Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese.
Cook and stir zucchini, pepper and onion in oil in large non-stick skillet on medium-high heat until vegetables are tender. Stir in tomato; cook 1 minute. Stir in feta cheese. Serve immediately. Makes 6 servings.

Very tasty! I added extra feta and that made it very good. The cheese melts a bit and looks as good as it tastes.
I don't like green pepper so I used red pepper instead and added some minced garlic and pepper. It was fabulous. Even my 3yo and 5yo ate it up.
i liked it. i added garlic powder and italian seasoning just to give it a kick. very good. kraft keep em coming.
