Substitute boiling tonic water for half of the tap water. The quinine in the tonic water will illuminate the JIGGLERS under black florescent party lights.
Add 3/4 cup boiling water to remaining grape gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Refrigerate 8 to 10 min. Add 1 small apple, chopped; refrigerate until firm. Makes 2 servings.

It's a fun way to make Halloween with Jello!
This recipe doesn't work very well. To fix: use 3oz disposable plastic cups. Double the lime jello. Even doubling jello, only 6-8 heads max so plan accordingly. Rough up eyes/mouth area with toothpick (many jabs!!) before using toothpick to decorate w gel. Otherwise will just slide off side. Use 1 licorice string all the way across (separate ones get extruded out in no time). Lime jello came out pretty dark green -- might consider experimenting with substituting some lemon jello (maybe 1.5 boxes lime, 0.5 box lemon). As with all these recipes, short the water a little (decrease by 20% from listed recipe). After overnight fridge, cut sides of plastic glass with scissors and can gently open cup to let head slide out. The recipe as posted is simply unusable. "Very good" because end-result is great if you make the modifications.
