  • Pour milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mix and flavored instant coffee. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Gently stir in whipped topping.
  • Split each ladyfinger segment horizontally in half. Place bottom half of 1 of the ladyfinger segments, cut side up, on each of 8 dessert plates; top evenly with the pudding mixture. Cover with tops of ladyfinger segments, cut sides down.
  • Drizzle with chocolate syrup just before serving.

    I used about 3/4 cup of cold coffee and 1/4 cup milk instead of using the instant coffee. I also used fat free cool whip which was a bad idea because it made it a little too runny but i made it work and its delicious.

    This was a first dessert using lady finger, the cream was good the cookies gross.

    This was very quick and tasty. I used the sugar free, fat free pudding and lite cool whip, but you couldn't tell it was "better for you". A decadent, creamy dessert.
