    Loved this and easy to make. Most coffee drinks are too sweet or not enough coffee flavor for me, so I added an extra tablespoon of coffee to the recipe. Turned out just right for me. There are only 2 of us so I saved the rest for latter and it was just as good then. The instant pudding stiffened it up and ate it with a spoon.

    so simple. absolutely yummy. used sugar free ice cream and sugar free Cool Whip. Cut a few calories out. what a lovely treat!
