Line empty baking pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Spray with cooking spray. Prepare, bake and cool brownies in prepared pan as directed. Run knife around edges of brownie to loosen from sides of pan. Use foil handles to lift brownie from pan before cutting into squares.
Prepare using 6 oz. BAKER'S Bittersweet Chocolate, melting 2 oz. chocolate with the butter, and microwaving remaining 4 oz. chocolate with the cream.
