It's what's on the inside that counts, especially when we're talking this ooey-gooey, chocolate dessert. Our version is surprisingly easy to whip up at home.

  • Heat oven to 425°F.
  • Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Beat whole eggs, yolks, sugar and flour with whisk until blended. Gradually beat into chocolate mixture.
  • Line 12 muffin pan cups with paper liners; spray with cooking spray. Place 1 cookie, upside-down, in each cup; cover with batter.
  • Bake 8 min. or until cakes are firm around edges but still soft in centers. Cool in pan 1 min. Carefully remove cakes from pan. Invert into dessert dishes; remove paper liners. Serve desserts topped with COOL WHIP.

With their built-in portion control, these rich treats are good for a special occasion and go a long way on chocolate flavor.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Made this for a small get-together ... Made this for a small get-together ... grown-ups thought it was amazing (but rich), and with the kids it was a mixed bag. They kind of picked at it. It didn't hold together as well as it was supposed to -- only half of them stayed partially together, and I cooked the full 8 minutes. Things I would do differently: try it with foil liners and spray them -- the paper liners (even though sprayed with non-stick) stuck to half of them; use regular Chips-ahoy (I used the chewy kind) -- I think that would help them not fall apart; let them sit in pan longer than one minute. Overall, even though some of them looked pretty bad, they tasted great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE! LOVE!!!! I used oreo cookies which soften with the baking. I also accidentally used 2 egg whites and not 2 egg yolks and it was fine and healthier. And I will probably do it like that always. After pouring the batter I added 5 semi-sweet morsels to each cake to help with the gooey center. For bake time I checked every 30 seconds starting at 6 minute mark and I think I pulled them out right before 8 minutes. Served with vanilla bean ice cream. Oh, I also had everything prepped so as soon as dinner was done I poured the batter and put in the oven so they were HOT and Perfect for dessert!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I loved this recipe! I loved this recipe! I find warm chocolate cake a comfort food, and this just takes the cake for sure! The cookie tasted like a warm fresh-baked cookie in this recipe, which just added to this wonderful dessert. The only problem I had with the recipe, is that I had a hard time finding a small enough cookie to fit exactly in the bottom of the muffin cup. I ended up just using whatever I pulled out from the cookie back, so sometimes after I poured the batter over the cookie it actually ended up in the middle of the cake, not at the "top" when it was all done. It was still good!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SOOOOOOO YUMMY! SOOOOOOO YUMMY!!!! I made this last night and loved them, I had to use Italy's version of chocolate chip cookies but it was still very good. I can't wait till we move back to the States so I can use the Chips Ahoy... They have a much better flavor then Italy's CCC's. I will make them again though, this time for the other American Ladies I know out here…. Give them a taste of home. Thank you Kraft

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First, these things are INCREDIBLY delicious. First, these things are INCREDIBLY delicious. And for someone who is by no means a baking pro, they are so easy to make! My husband isn't a huge chocolate fan and he loves these things. However i cooked them for a full 8 min and most of mine were cooked through.. Still tasted great, but didn't really have the liquid chocolate in the middle. Maybe cut it down by a min..?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WONDERFUL! WONDERFUL!!!! Having all the ingredients on hand my daughter and I whipped this receipe together in no time. It was so easy and turned out to be a HUGE hit with my family and the neighborhood kids. I served them warm with a spoonful of Cool Whip and a few raspberries and another batch was needed! Quick cleanup, a receipe that will be made time and time again!

I'm 13 weeks pregnant and have been craving something like this so I made them and served them with the ice cream. I had 2! My husband loved them also!

I cooked it for the time suggested but the cookies did not fit in the tin they were too big this the chocolate spilled over and under creating more of a cake like cupcake than a cookie on top molten in the middle dessert. The cookie just ruined it but if you could find a cookie the right size then it would have been better- it tasted good though.
