If you don't have 2 rimmed baking sheets, you can use any shallow baking pans instead. Just make sure the meatballs are spread into a single layer in each pan.
Loosely pack cooled meatballs in freezer-weight resealable plastic bags. Lay bags flat in freezer so meatballs will freeze individually. Store in freezer up to 3 months. Thaw in refrigerator several hours or overnight before using as desired.

Made these for my jewelry party the other night...they were a hugh success. I added a half a cup of milk as the mix seemed a little dry & it did not ruin the recipe so I would recommend it. Wasn't sure who may like the cranberry so I added honey to the bbq sauce instead. They were great!
I really like the sauce on these meatballs, but think the stove top is way to overpowering in flavor for the meatballs. You can really taste it over all other flavors. Just ok for me.
