I feel bad giving this recipe stars because I did change alot of it. I doubled the recipe for starters. Work once, eat twice. I used a # of gr. beef and a # of gr. pork. I saute'ed 1/2 a chopped onion, 1/2 a chopped green pepper and 2 cloves of garlic. Added 1 t. ital seas and 1/2 t. pepper to meat mixture. Used whole wheat turkey stuffing and a herbs de Provence stuffing mix. It came out very moist and flavorful. My family enjoyed it.
