We don't like cottage cheese so we substituted ricotta cheese and it was good.

This is a great stick-to-you breakfast!! I replaced the cream cheese with peanut butter because I can't eat dairy products. It was great!!!

I would not make this recipe again. I had to add a lot of sugar to make it taste good and even then I thought it was dry and messy.

We like bananas, but think this would be excellent with chunky applesauce because of the cinnamon/sugar. Thanks for another good breakfast idea!
