  • Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Whisk eggs. Add to skillet; cook 3 to 5 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Remove from skillet; set aside. Wipe out skillet.
  • Cook bacon in same skillet until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet, reserving 1 Tbsp. drippings in skillet. Drain bacon on paper towels.
  • Add white tops of onions to drippings in skillet; stir-fry 2 min. or until tender. Stir in rice, dressing and pepper; stir-fry 3 to 4 min. or until heated through. Crumble bacon. Add to skillet with eggs and sliced green onions; stir-fry 1 to 2 min. or until heated through.
