Prepare using your favorite KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheese.
Bake egg cups as directed. Cool completely, then freeze in airtight container up to 3 months. When ready to serve, place on microwaveable plate and microwave on HIGH 45 sec. or until heated through. No need to thaw first!

Excellent breakfast/brunch recipe! I usually add more bell pepper and will often double the recipe and freeze them for quick breakfasts throughout the week. Just reheat one for 30-40 seconds in the microwave.
These were great! My family loved them. I customized them after the egg mixture was put in, I added veggies to order. I also added diced ham. I would recommend using muffin cups as they tend to stick (even with spraying).
