  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Separate biscuits; cut each crosswise in half. Press each into 4-inch round. Place 1 dough round in each of 10 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Combine egg product, peppers, onions and 1/4 cup cheese; spoon into cups.
  • Bake 15 min. or until centers are set. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.

Substitute

Prepare using your favorite KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheese.

Make Ahead

Bake egg cups as directed. Cool completely, then freeze in airtight container up to 3 months. When ready to serve, place on microwaveable plate and microwave on HIGH 45 sec. or until heated through. No need to thaw first!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These were great! These were great! My family loved them. I customized them after the egg mixture was put in, I added veggies to order. I also added diced ham. I would recommend using muffin cups as they tend to stick (even with spraying).

I Substituted asparagus tips for red peppers and gruyere cheese for cheddar and a little paprika. I also used 1/4 of a biscuit and a little more egg product. Then I put the cooled cups in the refrigerator and grab a cup on the way to work for breakfast.

I will definitely make them again and can tell I will be able to substitute many different things I have on hand, such as bacon, sausage, other vegetables, and different cheeses. YUM!
