Morning Scramble

Plain scrambled eggs are transformed into a special breakfast recipe when cooked with chive and onion cream cheese spread and bacon pieces.

What You Need

1/2
cup  (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
8
 eggs
1/4
cup  OSCAR MAYER Bacon Pieces
1/8
tsp.  pepper

Make It

BEAT cream cheese spread and eggs lightly with wire whisk until well blended. Pour into skillet sprayed with cooking spray.

COOK on medium-low heat until eggs begin to set, stirring occasionally.

ADD bacon; continue cooking until eggs are set and cream cheese spread is melted, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with pepper.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with fresh fruit and toasted whole wheat bread slices, bagels or English muffins.
Special Extra
Garnish with slices of cherry tomato, green onion and fresh chives.
Morning Scramble Sandwich
Cook egg mixture as directed. Place 1 KRAFT Singles or tomato slice and lettuce leaf on bottom half of bagel; top with egg mixture and remaining bagel half.
