  • Bake 30 min. or until lightly browned. After 25 min., cook eggs in nonstick skillet on medium-low heat 3 to 5 min. or until set, stirring occasionally.
  • Spread eggs over potatoes; top with remaining ingredients. Bake 5 to 7 min. or until cheese is melted.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So delish! I made this recipe and it was so good. I wouldn’t hesitate to bake my hash browns like this all the time. I thawed them and drained them, then baked as directed. You could easily add different toppings to your taste like ham or Canadian bacon. I will be making this one again soon!
