This is one of our favorites! So easy and great for vegetarians. I use 4 Tbsp of olive oil instead of the 2 and do about a cup of green onions for a little more flavor. I also do a tomato basil feta cheese instead of the regular one, adds just enough flavor. Yum!
Great vegetarian option and easy too!
Everyone liked it. It has become a favorite. Good flavor and when made with a whole grain pasta, is very healthy.
