Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have never had this particular burger, however I make one similar. I have never had this particular burger, however I make one similar. Don't use breadcrumbs! It makes the burger dry and it will crumble! Use an egg! Also, I use half lean ground beef and half ground pork. The pork is fatty therefore you need the lean beef. It gives it a great taste! You can also fill the burger with any type of cheese. I also mix the burger mix with MacCormack's Montreal Steak Seasoning. The BBQ sauce sounds yummy. I'll have to give that a try!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from These burgers turned out really weird. These burgers turned out really weird. I did the Jazz it Up option by adding parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper instead of Italian Seasoning. Had to add more BBQ sauce to the meat mixture to get them to stay together. They stuck to the grill. After they were done, they were just kind of mushy and only tasted of BBQ sauce due to what had to be added.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Made these for dinner last night. Made these for dinner last night. They were really good but had a meatloaf consistency. I put the kraft deli select singles on top of them after they were done and they were great. I also put a little A1 in the mixture and used the Thick and spicy brown sugar bbq sauce from Kraft. I liked them but wish they had a different texture.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My wife and daughter are the pickiest eaters on the planet. My wife and daughter are the pickiest eaters on the planet. My wife's not a big fan of burgers, but she liked this so much she save a small piece for her mother to try. My daughter is reluctant to try anything new and difficult to please. Once I convinced her to try it, she gobbled it down. Everyone loved this;it was a big hit.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I made this on a grill pan and it didn't turn out at all. I made this on a grill pan and it didn't turn out at all. The patties fell apart when flipping and the meat stuck to the pan...big mess! Also, we didn't taste the cheese in this dish at all even after I had added more than the recipe had asked for. Very blah tasting and very messy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is an awesome recipe! This is an awesome recipe! This is the one that brought me to this website. The seasoning makes these burgers taste so good. I made these in the frying pan on the stove. Just be careful to keep an eye on them when you're cooking them. They tend to stick to the pan.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delicious. Delicious. Although warning... they do have a tendency to fall apart. I think next time I'll try it on the forman instead of the big grill that way I can control the breakage a little better. And I think cheddar would also taste rather yummy as a substitute.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The burger was very moist. The burger was very moist. For the first time, my two toddler daughters even ate their burgers! I added in the italian seasoning and parmesan cheese too. I also added towards the end a tbsp of BBQ sauce and sprinkled more mozzarella cheese on top. Delicious.
