Rated 4 out of 5 by from For such a super simple recipe, this was EXCELLENT. For such a super simple recipe, this was EXCELLENT. For each sandwich I used a large (3 oz.) submarine roll, 3 oz. of deli-rotisserie chicken (topped with some BBQ sauce), 2 slices of Kraft American Cheese Singles, and a bit more onion and pepper than the recipe stated. Once they were assembled I nuked them until the cheese melted. Each of these was a meal by itself--no need for side dishes!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I don't eat red meat so this is right up my alley. I don't eat red meat so this is right up my alley. I mix ranch bbq and ranch for the chicken, it's delicious. Ibelieve they even sell a ranch dressing in the stores. My kids are ranch crazy so I mixed a little with the bbq sauce. Also you can try different cheeses (ie:swiss) the only thing I had to delete is the pepers. I'm the only one who likes them.

I cooked it in the oven, and it came out soooo delicious! I liked the onions, bellpeppers seemed unneccesary though. I'll probably just serve the chicken by itself next time instead of as the sandwich. The chicken was perfect!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I toasted whole wheat buns, and left the cheese off. I toasted whole wheat buns, and left the cheese off. I would definitely make these sandwiches again, but not frequently as the "numbers" are a bit high -- I like having the nutrition information available. As a person with diabetes and a member of Weight Watchers, those numbers are important.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was super good for being so simple! This was super good for being so simple! I pounded my chicken thin and marinated in some Tuscan Italian dressing for a couple of hours for extra flavor. I used an orange pepper since the green didn't look good at the store. Will be making this a lot more times this summer!

I enjoyed this recipe it was fun an easy to make, and it's a good choice for those of us who may not get the chance to cook a good whole-some meal for their family everyday. It's tasty, with out, and still allows you that health value

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So delicious and so easy. So delicious and so easy. I salt and peppered the chicken prior to grilling and put olive oil on the bread before putting it on the grill. May try spaghetti sauce next time as opposed to BBQ for a more Italian taste.
