What You Need

 thin whole-grain sandwich bun
2
 KRAFT Slim Cut Mozzarella Cheese Slices
1
large  portobello mushroom, roasted, sliced
2
tsp.  KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing

Make It

COVER 1 bun half with 1 cheese slice and mushrooms; top with remaining cheese slice and bun half.

BRUSH outside of sandwich with dressing.

COOK in skillet on medium heat 3 min. on each side or until cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides.

Serve with a mixed green salad and your favorite fresh fruit to round out the meal.
How to Roast the Portobello Mushroom
Heat oven to 350ºF. Place mushroom on foil-covered baking sheet. Bake 30 min. or until tender.
Variation
Substitute 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise for the Italian dressing, and/or any other sliced roasted or grilled fresh vegetables for the mushrooms.
