  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Cook turkey in large skillet until done.
  • Stir in pasta sauce, macaroni and Parmesan. Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish.
  • Bake 10 min. or until heated through. Top with mozzarella. Bake 3 to 4 min. or until mozzarella is melted.

I have to say this recipe was a huge hit. I originally though my dad wouldnt be too impressed because my mom is such an incredible cook, but he seemed to hit the spot. One thing I changed was instead of using Mozzarella singles cheese slices, I used shredded Kraft mozzarella cheese, which i thought worked beter while melting. Overall, this was a huge hit, and i plan on making it for my boyfriend soon!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This got an "MMmmmmmm! This got an "MMmmmmmm!" from my 22-month-old and VERY PICKY eater (THREE helpings for him!!). My husband liked it a lot too. My preschool daughter and I thought it was so-so, but I will definitely be making it again since it was a hit with my two picky "boys." :) I added onions and salt/pepper when I was browning the ground turkey. Oh, and I didn't have any mozzarella on hand, so I had to use cheddar - I'm sure it's a bit better with mozzarella.

While the turkey was cooking, I added garlic powder, italian seasoning and chopped onions for extra taste. I doubled the reciped to have leftovers. My 19 mth old and my hubby ate it up!! (So, did I!!) I served it with corn and breadsticks. ENJOY!! YUM!
