Chicken and pesto with ooey-gooey cheese, all between two slices of grilled sourdough. Your favorite order at the sandwich shop is now made to order at your house.

What You Need

slices  sourdough bread

Tbsp.  pesto
1
 KRAFT Slim Cut Mozzarella Cheese Slice
2
oz.  sliced cooked chicken
1/4
cup  arugula
1-1/2
tsp.  extra virgin olive oil

Make It

HEAT panini grill.

SPREAD bread slices with pesto; fill with cheese, chicken and arugula.

BRUSH outside of sandwich with oil.

COOK 4 to 5 min. or until golden brown.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with a mixed green salad and your favorite fresh fruit to round out the meal.
If You Don't Have a Panini Grill
Heat skillet on medium heat. Cook sandwich 3 min. on each side or until cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides, gently pressing down top of sandwich with spatula to flatten slightly as it cooks.
