Makes 6 servings.

What You Need

1
can (14-1/2 oz.) chili or Mexican flavored stewed tomatoes, drained
1
can (16 oz.) black beans, rinsed, drained
1
cup frozen corn, thawed
1/4
cup KRAFT Lite CATALINA Dressing
1
bag (6 oz.) fresh baby spinach leaves or 6 cups packed torn spinach
1/2
cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4
cup chopped cilantro

Make It

COMBINE tomatoes, beans, corn and dressing; mix well.

ARRANGE spinach on 6 serving plates. Top with tomato mixture, cheese and cilantro.

Substitute
Substitute 2 large fresh chopped tomatoes for the canned tomatoes, if desired. Proceed as recipe directs.
