Very attractive recipe! Makes you want to try it, and its as good as it looks. I have a difficult time thinking of a salad as a meal...but..it was sooo good, I kept eating it and once it was finished, I really didn't have to have the main coarse. Crunchy and full of flavor. You won't be disapointed!
