What You Need

1
can  (14-1/2 oz.) chili-style stewed tomatoes, drained
1
can  (16 oz.) black beans, rinsed
1
cup  drained canned corn
1/4
cup  KRAFT Classic CATALINA Dressing
1
pkg.  (6 oz.) baby spinach leaves
1/2
cup  KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4
cup  chopped cilantro

Make It

COMBINE first 4 ingredients.

PLACE spinach on 6 serving plates.

TOP with tomato mixture, cheese and cilantro.

Special Extra
For extra flavor, sprinkle salads lightly with KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese before serving.
Substitute
Prepare using Mexican-style stewed tomatoes or 2 chopped large fresh tomatoes.
