Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome and easy. Awesome and easy. I did cheat a little. I used frozen southwest blend that has corn and blackbeans in it, and pico de gallo. I made a huge amount and served it at a Ronald McDonald Family room for Cinco de Mayo. Eveyone loved it!
