  • Heat oven at 350° F.
  • Mix Neufchatel, mushrooms, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, 2 Tbsp. green onions and mustard until blended.
  • Spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate. Top with remaining shredded cheese.
  • Bake 20 min. or until spread is heated through and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with remaining green onions just before serving.
