  • Mix cornstarch and water until blended.
  • Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions and garlic; cook 5 min. or until onions are crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Stir in mushrooms; cook 3 to 5 min. or until mushrooms are tender and liquid is cooked off, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in dissolved cornstarch. Add bouillon cubes; stir. Bring to boil, stirring constantly; simmer on medium-low heat 2 min. or until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in parsley and pepper.
