  • Melt margarine in large skillet on high heat. Add steaks; cook 5 min. on each side or until cooked through. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • Add mushrooms and onion to skillet; cook and stir until tender. Stir in flour until well blended.
  • Stir in milk gradually. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Stir in steak sauce; spoon over steaks. Serve with the rice.

    This was very good and didn't require a lot of ingredients! We LOVE A-1 steak sauce, so for us, it wasn't overpowering.

    Also forgot to mention*** I too, after sauce started to thicken put the cube steaks back in the pan and let simmer on low for 15-20 minutes with the sauce. Cube steaks came out very tender.
