Mustard-Glazed Carrots

I made my own honey mustard like the other cook, and I used dried parsley. I don't care for dill. It was very good.

Not good. I would not recommend this recipe.

This recipe was so gross! The mustard and dill on the carrots was disgusting! My husband and I are looking for new ways to fix veggies so I thought I'd give this a try. We wound up throwing the entire bowl away after tasting because it was nasty. I made it exactly as the recipe stated so I don't think I did anything wrong. It's just a wierd combination of flavors that totally clash.

I used regular carrots and chopped them to about the size of baby carrots. Also I didn't use ready made honey mustard. I made my own: 1tbs Dijon mustard, 1 1/2 tbs honey. came out great.

Have made this with both the dill and parsley. Equally good. And, I don't use the dijon honey mustard - just the regular honey mustard. Company usually loves it!

Tried this recipe out of curiousity because of the mustard/carrots combination and was surprised at how good it turned out. Want to try the dill next time.

Made this for my husband's birthday and was a huge hit! Nice change from regular candy carrots. Will make again and again!

the only thing I would change is try caramelizing the carrots berfore finishing the recipe
