My husband and I are looking for new ways to fix veggies so I thought I'd give this a try. We wound up throwing the entire bowl away after tasting because it was nasty. I made it exactly as the recipe stated so I don't think I did anything wrong. It's just a wierd combination of flavors that totally clash.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I used regular carrots and chopped them to about the size of baby carrots. I used regular carrots and chopped them to about the size of baby carrots. Also I didn't use ready made honey mustard. I made my own: 1tbs Dijon mustard, 1 1/2 tbs honey. came out great.
