  • Cook potatoes in boiling water in saucepan 15 min. or just until tender; drain. Meanwhile, whisk oil, mustard and vinegar until blended.
  • Place warm potatoes in large bowl. Add oil mixture; toss to evenly coat potatoes. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
  • Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
