Nana's Cheese Soup

Nana's recipe wins in the cheesy potato soup department, and it's no wonder. All that VELVEETA, all that ham—and the kids don't even notice the broccoli.

What You Need

lb.  red potatoes (about 9), peeled, chopped

cups  water
1
can  (12 oz.) evaporated milk
2
cups  2% milk
4
cups  chopped broccoli
3
Tbsp.  chopped onions
3/4
lb.  (12 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
6
oz.  OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Slow Cooked Ham, chopped

Make It

COOK potatoes, water and evaporated milk in Dutch oven 10 min. or until potatoes are tender.

ADD 2% milk, broccoli and onions; cook on medium heat 5 min. or until broccoli is tender, stirring frequently.

STIR in VELVEETA and ham; cook on low heat 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and soup is heated through, stirring constantly.
