Easy and quick. Love using fresh fruit and veggies in it. It has become a staple at my house. I used a little dijonayse to give it a kick.

Never would of thought to mix grapes, carrots and mayo to make this sandwich but it turned out FANTASTIC! The sweetness from the grapes mixed perfect with the mayo and the carrots gave it a nice crunch. Will make this over and over again! Something to definitely try if you're curious about it!
