What You Need

pkg. (10 oz.) round prepared angel food cake, cut into 3 layers

JELL-O Vanilla Sugar Free Pudding Snacks

JELL-O Chocolate Sugar Free Pudding Snacks

cup thawed COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping

fresh strawberries

tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

Make It

STACK cake layers on plate, spreading vanilla pudding between bottom layers and chocolate pudding between top layers.

TOP with COOL WHIP and berries. Refrigerate 1 hour.

SPRINKLE with cocoa powder just before serving.

How to Cut Angel Food Cake

Insert wooden toothpicks into side of cake to mark off three equal layers. Use a serrated knife with gentle sawing motion to cut cake into three horizontal layers, using the toothpicks as a guide.

AFTER WATCHING THE VIDEO THIS WAS SO EASY TO MAKE. I SERVED THIS AT A CHTISTMAS PARTY AND EVERYONE LOVED IT AND DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS SUGER FREE. THIS CAKE DOESN'T TAST LIKE IT IS SUGAR FREE.

I made it as a trifle with Sugar-Free Cheesecake pudding also. Added blackberries, raspberries and strawberries. HUGE HIT! Delish!

I made this for my mom-in-laws b-day. It was a big hit. I made sugar-free, fat-free cheescake pudding instaed of vanilla and made the SF/FF chocolate pudding too and put sliced bananas in the cheescake layer. It was gone within minutes. Even my sis-in-law who hates anything "fake", i.e. fat-free or sugar-free, had 2 slices! My hubby didn't get any, so I am making it again this weekend for him.

This was excellent! No guilt either. I did it all with vanilla pudding & added fresh strawberries & bananas. YUM! (I forgot about the cool whip, but just used regular whip cream on top when serving.) It was really really delicious! I recommend it to everyone. Its really light & satisfying.

This was great, plus quick and easy to make. Instead of using the jello pudding snacks, I made banana and chocolate instant pudding. I also added strawberries in between the layers. Next time, I will use banana and vanilla instead of chocolate. I didn't think it went well with the fruit.
