How to Cut Mango

Cut mango into 2 pieces, just clearing the long flat stone in the center. Score the flesh into strips of desired thickness, cutting up to, but not through, the skin. Press skin so cut side pops outward, then cut slices from the skin.

    I used low-fat mayo and omitted the curry powder. The fruit needs to be very well drained.
