Mayonnaise, mixed with curry powder, chutney and cashews, is spread onto sourdough bread slices, then topped with turkey and mango slices for unique and tasty sandwiches.

What You Need

cup  KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1/2
cup  chutney, chopped
1/4
cup  PLANTERS Cashew Halves with Pieces, chopped
1/4
tsp.  curry powder
8
 thick sourdough bread slices
1
pkg.  ( 9 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Turkey Breast
1
 fresh mango, peeled, sliced

Make It

MIX mayo, chutney, cashews and curry powder until well blended.

SPREAD each of 4 of the bread slices with mayo mixture; cover evenly with turkey and mango.

TOP with remaining bread slices.

Substitute
Substitute a fresh peach or nectarine for the mango.
How to Cut Mango
Cut mango into 2 pieces, just clearing the long flat stone in the center. Score the flesh into strips of desired thickness, cutting up to, but not through, the skin. Press skin so cut side pops outward, then cut slices from the skin.
